    Recently, U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Ricky Rupp, U.S. Forces Japan and 5th Air Force commander, visited Misawa Air Base. During his time here, Rupp got to learn how the work of the Airmen across the base help maintain combat capabilities to ensure peace and stability across the Indo-Pacific region.
