About the MTF

The 35th Medical Group (35 MDG) is a 23-bed inpatient Military Treatment Facility providing primary and specialty care to approximately 10,000 beneficiaries at Misawa Air Base, Japan.

We serve 3,000 Active Duty Air Force members of the 35 Fighter Wing and their 4,000 dependents as well as 600 Navy, 100 Army, and 2,000 civilian must-see beneficiaries.

In addition to primary care services, specialty care includes General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Mental Health, and Physical Therapy.
