U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Ashley Grant, the 35th Contracting Squadron services and acquisitions flight NCO in charge, reviews a request for services during a meeting at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Feb. 12, 2017. Even though they are one of the smallest squadrons in the 35th Fighter Wing, the 35th CONS works with every unit on base. With 14 personnel in the services and acquisitions flight, including six military and eight Japanese nationals, they make sure every unit has what they need to support their respective mission set.
