Misawa Boy Scouts put their survival skills to the test during the Klondike Derby

Dynamite-Viper Patrol from Troop 14 throws a rope during the Klondike Derby at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Jan. 20, 2017. The boys learned how to rescue a stranded person in cold water by using a rope and pulling them to a safe location.
