Flu POD administers vaccines for 36 hours

U.S. Air Force and Navy medical personnel administer the flu vaccine during a point of distribution, at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Nov. 3, 2016. Within the first hour, more than 300 individuals came through the flu POD. On average, each individual took 50 seconds to complete the process of prescreening questions, receiving the vaccination and the administration process. All members eligible to receive health care at the 35th MDG acquired their vaccine through the POD. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Deana Heitzman)
