070413-MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Petty Officer 1st Class Erich Keough (left), prepares to ring the Navy Bell, while Petty Officers 2nd Class Ryan Dacy and Sharieca Claving, lay the wreath during the Two-Bell Ceremony in the Misawa Main Chapel here April 13. The ceremony is held annually to honor 30 Sailors and one Marine who perished in the Sea of Japan after their Navy EC-21 reconnaissance aircraft was shot down by two North Korean MIG's on April 15, 1969.
