MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Caitlin Slater, daughter of Chief Warant Officer 2 Jason Slater of the 403rd Military Intelligence, shares her candy with a Japanese girl at the Misawa Halloween Festival Oct. 20, 2007. The festival, held on White Pole Road, featured a costume contest with more than 200 entries and a costume parade. Caitlin, in her Raggedy Ann costume, placed fourth in the costume contest, winning 5000 yen.
