MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Tech. Sgt. Peter Lagos, 35th Civil Engineering Squadron, directs Airman 1st Class Steven Fernandez, also 35th CES, on where to drop dirt for a berm on Oct. 23, 2007 during exercise Beverly Sunrise 08-01.
