Chiefs discuss discipline and training
U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Jim Laurent, 35th Fighter Wing command chief, along with other members of the 35 FW chiefs group sit with senior enlisted leaders from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force to discuss discipline and junior Airmen training at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Oct. 10, 2012. Other things discussed during the conference were face-to-face leadership, communications, and how to prevent suicides. After the conference the group visited the dorms to see living arrangements Airmen have on base.
