MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Lt. Col. Michael Smith receives the 301st Intelligence Squadron guidon from Col. Barry Leister, 373rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group commander, during a change of command ceremony June 17 at the Collocated Club.
