MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Col. Mark Altobelli, 35th Operations Group commander, and Navy Capt. CFK set up

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- A local Misawa City child sings loudly as part of a Christmas celebration at the Misawa Municipal Chuo Child Care Center Dec. 18. 2008.
