As members of the Misawa Air Base community we need to do our part as wingmen by looking out for one another.

"Looking out for one another" means being good neighbors. Specific things you can do to help include: keeping an eye out for suspicious activities at all times. If you see any illegal activity call law enforcement officials at 226-3600 right away. Another way you can look out for each other is by tactfully correcting unsafe behavior. If someone is riding their bike without a helmet, get involved by politely reminding them of the rules. Or if someone needs a designated driver, help them out by giving them a ride or by calling a taxi.

Small measures such as these are required to maintain and uphold a safe and secure community - and they go a long way. It's up to everyone to remain vigilant at all times.

Part of what makes Misawa Air Base a great place to live is the small town atmosphere. That means looking out for one another and being good neighbors. Thank you for all you do to keep our community such a great place to live and work.
