Misawa Airmen keep our history clean
SrA Payton Dorsey, far right, and SrA Joshua Freeman, both with 35 MXS, use a hose to wash dirt off of a F-86 aircraft on display at Risner Circle, Misawa Air Base 12 Aug. Members of the 35 Fighter Wing volunteered to clean the two prominent aircraft displays near the wing’s headquarters building. The F86, also known as the “Sabre” was adopted by the US Air Force in 1949, and was the primary fighter used by Americans during the Korean War. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Captain Darrick B.
