The “last alarm” is the firefighter’s tradition of sounding a bell at the end and beginning of a fire. MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan --

The 35th Fighter Wing hosted a Patriot Day Retreat Ceremony in memory of the fallen heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect and serve our country on Sept. 11, 2001.

This marks the 21st year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks that occurred in New York, Pennsylvania and the pentagon.
