PRESS RELEASE: Misawa Airman found deceased in on-base residence

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan --  A Misawa Air Base member was found unresponsive on-base and declared dead this morning.

The identity is being withheld until 24 hours after next of kin notification. The cause of death is under investigation and more details will be released as they become available.
