Slow and steady wins
Branden Yamada, a 35th Force Support Squadron fitness center recreation specialist, swings through the monkey bars on the Alpha Warrior obstacle course at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Oct. 7, 2017. In conjunction with American Day, three Alpha Warrior professionals visited Misawa AB to host an obstacle course competition for the base.
