Three Japan Air Self-Defense Force F-2s and two F-16 Fighting Falcons taxi down the flight line during the kick-off of the Pacific Partners Air Festival at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Sept. 10, 2017. The five jets were suppose to do a fly by but the weather forced them to stay grounded.
