Replacing hardware

U.S. Air Force Airman Matthew Kennison, a client systems technician with the 35th Communications Squadron, replaces the hardware of a desktop computer at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Feb. 10, 2016. When a computer needs a repair, client system technicians are called to solve various problems beginning with reimaging, which removes all software on a computer then reinstalls everything. If the problem isn’t resolved, the next step is to troubleshoot and possibly replace the hard drive, graphics card and random access memory. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Jordyn Fetter)
