ORE can't defuse EOD

After discovering an unexploded ordnance during an operational readiness exercise on Misawa Air Base, Japan, Jan. 28, 2014, the 35th Communications Squadron's post attack reconnaissance team setup a 500 foot cordon. The cordon prevents unauthorized personnel from entering the danger zone while the members wait for the Explosive Ordnance Disposal team to arrive. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt.
