A team of firefighters from 35th Civil Engineer Squadron act as simulated casualties after a fuel leak resulted in an explosion during Phase II of an Operational Readiness Exercise at Misawa Air Base, Japan, May 7, 2014. With over 600 gallons of fuel leaking, the simulated explosion led to several casualties.
