35th FW Change of Command

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Lt. Gen. Edward Rice, Jr., commander of U.S. Forces Japan and 5th Air Force, hands the wing guidon to Col. David Stilwell, 35th Fighter Wing commander, during the wing change of command ceremony Aug. 25, 2008.
