MISAWA CITY, Japan -- As the Misawa 50th anniversary banner waves, children of the Lunney Youth Center wrap up the painting of a shutter Sept. 10, 2008. Five children from the Lunney Youth Center, along with their director and instructional coordinator, came out to help paint the shutter.
