MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Firemen and emergency responders with the Misawa Air Base's 35th Civil Engineer Squadron, Japan Self-Defense Force, and Misawa City rescue workers cut through a downed structure during a disaster preparedness exercise Oct. 5, 2008.
