Misawa families send care packages downrange

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Jules Williams, 4, creates a design on the side of a care package Sept. 5 in the 35th Security Forces Squadron conference room. The spouses of deployed SFS Airmen got together to send off care packages for their loved ones. Children decorated the boxes with well wishes with the help of their parents. The squadron Readiness Assistant Volunteer Karen Rinehart organized the evening, which included pizza, chips, soda, water and homemade cupcakes. The families put together more than 50 packages. The evening was also an opportunity for the spouses to meet the squadron commander and first sergeant. Jules is the son of Senior Airman Tyrone and Desiree Nutter. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
