Maintenance monkeys give rides, save lives

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Members of Monkeys Against Drunk Driving walk the streets of downtown Misawa Nov. 15. M.A.D.D., conceived by 35th Maintenance Squadron's Staff Sgt. John Rorie, provides free rides to members of the Misawa Air Base community to prevent drinking and driving. M.A.D.D. regularly sets up its tent in the Base Exchange parking lot and has given 675 people safe rides home since they started Aug. 8. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Samuel Morse)
