MISAWA CITY, Japan -- Col. David Stilwell, 35th Fighter Wing commander, presents the Misawa Air Base Red Feather Campaign contribution to Mr. Ishi Numata, Misawa Red Feather Community Chest Committee president, Jan. 25 at the Misawa International Center. Misawa Air Base donated more than $14,000 during the 2009 campaign, compared to a donation of $8,000 in the previous year.
