Ivy Horlador, 35th Fighter Wing NCO in charge of knowledge operations, wraps an Israeli bandage around the upper arm of Airman 1st Class Elizabeth LeFaive, 35th FW command post emergency action controller, during their self-aid and buddy care training in the 35th FW conference room Jan. 26.
