MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Lt. Col. Mary Carlisle receives the 35th Surgical Operations Squadron guidon from Col. Guillermo Tellez, 35th Medical Group commander, during a change of command ceremony July 29 at the Collocated Club. Colonel Carlisle assumed command of the 35th MSGS from Lt. Col. Suk Hi Ross. Colonel Carlisle comes from Bolling Air Force Base, Washington, D.C., where she served as 597th Medical Group chief nurse and chief of education and training.
