U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Theodore Nicoloff, a Maintenance Management Productions Apprentice with the 35th Maintenance Operations Squadron from Misawa AB, and a Greer, S.C.-native, posts a notice on the door of one of the base dormitories here April 8 following a 7.1 magnitude aftershock which caused an 18 hour power outage on April 7, 2011. Airman Nicoloff is a base augmentee helping to remind residents to conserve electricity in the aftermath of aftershock.
