Sultan of Brunei gets first-hand glimpse of U.S. Airpower

Brunei Darussalam -- Two Black Hawk helicopters fly in as part of a land demonstration during the 3rd Biennial Brunei Darussalam International Defense Exhibition in Brunei Darussalam July 6. Units from the Royal Brunei Land Forces, Royal Brunei Navy, Royal Brunei Air Force and the Special Forces Regiment were deployed through land, air and sea insertions during a scenario simulating rescuing hostages captured by terrorists. Two F-16 Fighting Falcons and 15 members from the 35th Fighter Wing from Misawa Air Base, Japan, represented the U.S. Air Force and Pacific Air Forces during the four-day event for the first time.
