MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Brig. Gen. Jim Keffer, Central Security Service deputy chief, National Security Agency, Fort George G. Meade, Md., hands the Misawa Security Operations Center guidon to Lt. Col. Kimberlee Joos as she assumes command of the MSOC during an official ceremony July 13. Colonel Joos also assumed command of the 373rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group during the ceremony.
