MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Staff Sgt. Patrick Cannon, 14th Aircraft Maintenance Unit, performs a final inspection of the F-16 Fighting Falcon during the load crew-of-the-quarter competition Aug. 5. The competition is held once a quarter and participants are selected based on their loading proficiency and skill.
