The Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) and the 35th Fighter Wing, with associated tenant units, hosted more than 100,000 attendees at Misawa's 32nd Annual air fest Sept. 4. Air Fest 2011 was an opportunity for visitors to see eight aerial demonstrations with 19 static displays of JASDF, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy aircraft and private operators.
