NAVAL AIR FACILITY MISAWA, Japan – Naval Air Facility Misawa Command Master Chief Michael Napier explains changes to the Navy uniform regulations during an interview with American Forces Network Misawa Oct. 20, 2011. NAVADMIN 259/11 authorized the wearing of the fleece liner as a stand-alone item with the Navy Working Uniform.
