MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- From left, Airmen 1st Class Allen Broome, Derek Wagner, Evan Gustafson, and Cameron Holder, 35th Civil Engineer Squadron structural apprentices, measure lumber in Building 1366 here, Feb. 8. CES Airmen have been renovating the building, which will be the new location for a stray animal temporary care facility that will be operated by PAWS.
