CES builds new home for Misawa strays

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Senior Airman Hunter Stom, 35th Civil Engineer Squadron structural journeyman, cuts insulation in Building 1366 here, Feb. 8. Airmen from CES have been renovating the building since January 2011. After renovations, the building will be the new location for a stay animal temporary care facility that will be operated by PAWS.
