CES builds new home for Misawa strays

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- Airman 1st Class Justin Brown, 35th Civil Engineer Squadron structural apprentice, moves dry wall in Building 1366 here, Feb. 8. Brown, along with other CES Airmen, have been renovating the building, which will be the new location for a stray animal temporary care facility that will be ran be PAWS.
