U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Donnell Owens, 35th Maintenance Squadron non-destructive inspection technician, is this week’s spotlight Airman at Misawa Air Base, Japan. Since February, Owens has been volunteering his off-duty hours to help the Red Cross for their various needs.
