Misawa residents permitted to buy, not turn on A/C

A member of the 35th Civil Engineer Squadron makes a temporary air conditioner vent window panel. Residents here are eligible to purchase portable air conditioning units for homes and dormitories, but are not yet permitted to turn them on. The news comes following the release of a policy approved June 30 by the 35th Fighter Wing Commander Col. Stephen Williams.
