Hiroshi Osawa, a 2nd Air Wing Base Air Defense M-61 20 mm Vulcan cannon operator, explains the capabilities of the installation’s defense network to a group of U.S. Airmen participating in a 10-day U.S.-Japan Bilateral Career Training, at Chitose Air Base, Japan, April 12, 2017.
