Cummings Elementary links together to support community children

Daiko service expanded
MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan – Many Misawa City taxi companies offer “daiko” service, meaning “to do for another,” where they will not only drop patrons at their homes, they will also drive their cars home, too. Davenport recovers from difficult past
Master Sgt. Vernon Davenport has the tattoo of his late grandfather, J.D. Davenport, a World War II and Korean War veteran, to symbolize their close relationship during his childhood. Davenport was abused and neglected by his parents and spent the summers with his grandparents, who helped raise him before they passed.
