Chiefs discuss discipline and training

Jim Laurent, 35th Fighter Wing command chief, along with other members of the 35 FW chiefs group sit with senior enlisted leaders from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force to discuss discipline and junior Airmen training at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Oct. 10, 2012.
