35th FSS works hard through the holidays to give Airmen a taste of home
U.S. Air Force Airman Kyle Hawkins, 35th Force Support Squadron first cook, prepares sandwiches in the Grissom Dining Facility, Misawa Air Base, Japan, to be taken to Airmen who are working and can't leave their position to get food, Dec. 20, 2010. The Grissom Dining Facility will offer a special meal on Christmas day from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in lieu of their normal lunch and supper meal times. They will offer a variety of food items including shrimp cocktail, roast turkey, steamship round of beef, baked ham and assorted sides, according to a Grissom Dining Facility flier.
