Get ready for some Crunchy Frogs, Heavy Pants, Super Skaters, Lawnmowers and the Airborne Heisman.

No, this isn't a list of names of Pop Warner football teams. Instead, it's a list of exercises included in the renowned P90X, a complete 90-day home fitness system created by personal trainer Tony Horton.

Misawa residents will get their chance to meet and workout with Horton, nicknamed the "Master of Motivation," here Nov. 20 as part of an Armed Forces Entertainment tour.

Horton will be at the Exchange lobby on the 20th from 1:15 to 1:45 p.m. for a public autograph session, and will later lead a full P90X workout session in the Potter Fitness Center's main gymnasium at 5 p.m.

The workout is open to anyone, and Horton will be available for autographs a final time following the workout which is expected to last about an hour.

Misawa possesses a positive history hosting AFE tours, welcoming a handful of Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial arts fighters in May and fitness expert Brett Hoebel earlier this March.

It'll be Horton's second stop at Misawa, having previously visited in February of 2011.

"We considered the turnout during his last trip, which was well received, and decided it would be a great event for the community," said Kim Gulley, 35th Force Support Squadron coordinator.
