MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan -- During Phase II of an operational readiness exercise, 35th Civil Engineer Squadron firefighters arrive on the scene of a simulated attack prepared to enter burning building, put out flames and recover the wingmen who were lost in the smokey death trap on Misawa Air Base, Japan, Jan. 29, 2014.
