During 2015's 4th quarter, four Misawa Airmen received nonjudicial punishment under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice. Commanders used the following as a means of punishment, rehabilitation, and maintaining good order and discipline.

Nonjudicial Punishment (Articles 15):
An airman first class received a suspended reduction to the pay grade of E-2, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, UCMJ, absence without leave; and one violation of Article 134, UCMJ, drunkenness.

An airman first class received a reduction to the pay grade of E-2, seven days extra duty, and a reprimand for one violation of Article 86, UCMJ, absence without leave; and one violation of Article 112, UCMJ, drunk on duty.

A staff sergeant received 21 days extra duty and a reprimand for one violation of Article 87, UCMJ, missing movement; and one violation of Article 107, UCMJ, false official statement.

A staff sergeant received a suspended reduction to the pay grade of E-4 and a reprimand for one violation of Article 128, UCMJ, assault.

Misawa Civilian Adjudication Program (MCAP):
Dependents and civilians had a total of 615 community service hours completed in 2015 and two barments from Misawa Air Base.
