U.S. Air Force Col. Matthew Hoyt, 35th Fighter Wing deputy commander, attended a immersion tour, seeing a diverse range of Airmen and shops. Immersion tours allow leadership to connect directly with Airmen and gain a deeper understanding of their roles in sustaining the wing’s combat power.
