Six Airmen receive nonjudical punishments

An airman with the 35th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron was charged with Article 86 for failure to go. Punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to the grade of airman basic, forfeitures of $650 pay per month for two months, of which $350 each month was suspended, restriction to the base for 30 days, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

A senior airman with the 35th Communications Squadron was charged with Article 92 for failing to obey a lawful order and Article 111 for reckless driving. Punishment consisted of forfeitures of $500 pay and a reprimand.

A master sergeant with the 35th Dental Squadron was charged with Article 93 for maltreatment. Punishment consisted of suspended reduction to the grade of technical sergeant with an additional condition that the member contact Military Equal Opportunity for training on sexual harassment, forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant with the 35th Maintenance Squadron was charged with Article 134 for failing to pay his taxi fare by fleeing the scene. Punishment consisted of a reduction to the grade of senior airman, suspended forfeitures of $1,031 pay per month for two months, restriction to base for 45 days, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

A senior airman with the 35th Security Forces Squadron was charged with Article 86 for failure to go. Punishment consisted of reduction to the grade of airman first class, suspended forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, 20 days extra duty suspended, and a reprimand.

An airman basic with the 35th Security Forces Squadron was charged with Article 134 for disorderly conduct and Article 92 for failure to relinquish a weapon. Punishment consisted of suspended forfeitures of $250 pay per month for two months, 10 days extra duty, and a reprimand.
