"I am proud to nominate Store Keeper Seaman Hunter as our Sailor of the Week. Seaman Hunter has done an outstanding job as Supply Department's supply clerk for NIOC Misawa and exemplifies the Navy Core Values of Honor, Courage and Commitment. He is responsible for providing customer service for five-departments, totaling more than 289 personnel. His most recent accomplishment entailed completely reorganizing NIOC's seven-government vehicle fleet filing system. Since Seaman Hunter's arrival onboard, he has volunteered numerous off-duty hours to command and community events. The success and organization of NIOC is due to his dedication and hard work."
