News Briefs: AFA Meeting Dec. 27

MISAWA AIR BASE -- Japan -- AFA Comrades,

Our final meeting for 2007 will be Thursday, Dec 27. We will be
meeting in the Gray Room at the Club (Enlisted side toward the back, before
the Sports Bar).
The second most important issue on the plate will be nominations for
2008 officers. We'll need motivated folks to campaign for President,
Vice-president, Treasurer, and Secretary. If you'd like to be nominated,
you are welcome to begin campaigning!
The most important issue will be the election of officers for 2008.
We'll have the actual elections shortly after the nominations are all
squared away.
If a plurality of meeting attendees wish, we will get the meeting
catered. Please reply back if you'd like food available.
